FAQs

01Can you take over my company's accounts from another accountant?+

Yes. We'll handle the professional clearance and handover, and set up our authorisations with HMRC and Companies House.

02What's the most tax-efficient way to pay myself as a director?+

It's usually a combination of a small salary and dividends, with pension contributions where appropriate. The right mix depends on your circumstances, and we'll review it every year.

03Do I need an accountant for a limited company?+

It isn't a legal requirement, but company accounts and Corporation Tax returns are technical. Most directors find that a qualified accountant saves more than the fee in tax and time.
